A good community
starts with care.
Joining Horkos
Registration expresses interest in the Horkos founder–investor community. It is free. An application does not guarantee membership, a cohort place, investor verification, meetings, investment, or funding.
Your introduction
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not submit other people's private information, sensitive financial credentials, or confidential material without permission. Treat fellow members respectfully.
Founders and investors
Horkos is launching a community and cohort format. It is not offering investment allocations through this site. Founders receive no payment from the planned meeting fees. No equity or fundraising success fee is requested here.
Managed programme pilot
Programme pages state their theme, stage criteria, capacity and round deadlines. Horkos reviews eligibility before public voting. Each verified participant can support up to three other teams. Votes have equal weight. The top eligible teams qualify; ties use earliest application time, then company reference. Staff review suspected manipulation and can withdraw a team with a recorded reason before selection is announced.
After selection, approved investors receive 100 free, non-cash credits per programme. Leading bids reserve credits; being outbid releases them. At closing, each winning bid uses its own amount and allocates one offered founder meeting slot. Credits cannot be purchased, redeemed for money or transferred. Winning participants arrange calls externally and report outcomes separately.
The planned oath
When auctions launch, winning investors will agree to attend and provide a verdict, reasons, and what could change their mind within seven days of a completed meeting. Founders will also commit to attending. Final eligibility, credit, refund, scheduling and enforcement terms will be presented separately before paid participation.
Availability and review
Cohort themes, dates and available places are still being planned. Our team follows up on introductions manually. Submitting an application is not acceptance into a paid programme.
Optional services
Service inquiries are free to submit and do not book an engagement. Any paid work requires a separate agreed scope, fees, timeline, specialist availability and engagement terms. Buying advisory cannot buy community admission, cohort selection, or bidding advantages. No funding outcome is promised.
Crowd participation
Upvotes express free crowd interest and never win auction meetings. The current cohort contains fictional companies and simulated votes and bids. Your demo choices are local to the page and are not shared public activity.
Your data
Optional email and introduction preferences are separate from participation. See the privacy notice for how contact details are used and how to request changes.
Before public launch
This privately deployed prototype is for review and testing. The operating entity, support contact and final launch terms must be completed before inviting general public registrations. No payments can be made here.
